Our confirmation & refund rule

Within 72 hours of purchase, we must confirm your requested service date, written cemetery or landowner approval for the specific marker, independent cleaner, and proposed method, temperatures above 40°F for service, and cleaner availability. If any of these cannot be confirmed within that window, your order is refunded in full.

If no cleaner is confirmed 72 hours before service, our policy requires the owner to be alerted immediately to arrange a full refund.

These terms apply equally to the regular $149 service and the $134.10 Veterans Day 2026 Thank-You Offer.

We also check temperatures above 40°F and cleaner availability for the requested date. If written permission, temperature, or availability cannot be confirmed within 72 hours of purchase, or your date cannot be confirmed, your order is fully refunded.

  3. Care proceeds only when conditions allow

    Cleaning proceeds only after written cemetery or landowner approval for the specific marker, independent cleaner, and proposed method. All site restrictions remain in effect. Service also requires temperatures above 40°F and cleaner availability; confirmation does not waive these safety conditions. After service, before-and-after photos are sent to your family.
